The Meatman uses the nation's #1 postal carrier, FedEx, to ship all orders. We
provide you with several different shipping options so you can best choose your
delivery date, time and cost. We ship to standard addresses, residential or
business, in all 50 states.Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or
F.P.O. addresses. Please be sure to double-check your shipping information
before completing your order.














Sending your foods via mail is fast, safe and reliable. All of our meats come
individually-wrapped and vacuum-sealed. We then hand-pack your foods in a
1 1/2" thick styrofoam cooler lined with extra dry ice to ensure your items arrive
frozen or cool-to-the-touch, and in perfect condition. The re-usable cooler is
then placed inside a heavy-duty corrugated cardboard box for extra durability
and marked as perishable.

Small and non-perishable items such as Meatman merchandise, sauces,
seasonings, jerky, gift cards, etc. will be packaged separately from
perishable items.














Overnight orders are sent on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

2-Day orders are sent on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

3-Day (Express Saver) orders are sent on Monday and Tuesday only.

Saturday delivery is available upon request and requires an extra charge. Orders
placed on Thursday, Friday or Saturday will be shipped out on Monday to avoid
delivery complications and ensure the freshest possible product. Orders placed
before Noon Eastern Time will generally be shipped same-day, orders placed
after Noon will generally be shipped on the following day. Please try to allow 24
hours for order processing.

Small and non-perishable items will be packaged and shipped via FedEx
Ground (1-5 days, depending on your location).

If you've ordered an item that is out of stock or Special Order, we will notify you
of any extra delay there might be in sending your package. Large quantities
might also require additional time before shipment.

Orders scheduled to arrive on or around major holidays will be adjusted
accordingly. If you have any special requirements for your order, please don't
hesitate to let us know and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your
specific needs.














We ship all orders as driver-release, which means that your FedEx driver will
leave the package at your door without a signature if no one is home. If you are
sending a gift to someone else, please remember to inform the recipient of the
arrival time of their perishable items so they can get them inside for proper
freezing, refrigerating or eating.

Upon the arrival of your order, please place the foods in your freezer or
refrigerator for safe keeping unless you plan to eat them immediately. If there
is still dry ice remaining in your package, simply set it outside or in a
well-ventilated area so it can safely sublimate. It will usually disappear in a few
hours or less.

Don't worry if there is no dry ice left when your package arrives. This is a
common occurance and as long as your foods are cool-to-the-touch they are

Our least-expensive shipping option. Your order will arrive in 3 business days
by 7:00pm to residential addresses or by 4:30pm to commercial addresses.

2-Day ($$)
Your order will arrive in 2 business days by 7:00pm to residential addresses
or by 4:30pm to commercial addresses.

Standard Overnight ($$$)
Next-business-day delivery with arrival by 3:00pm. Rural areas will be reached
by 4:30pm at the latest.

Ground
Reserved for small and non-perishable items only. Your order will arrive in 1-5
business days depending on your location.














The price of shipping varies depending on the weight of your order and its
eventual destination. To view your shipping charges prior to placing an order,
simply add the items to your Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout. You will be
asked to select your Shipping Address and then your Shipping Method. On the
Shipping Method selection page you will be able to see the exact charge for
shipping your order before you complete the transaction. You may also call us toll
free at 1-866-598-MEAT and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be
happy to provide you a shipping quote over the telephone.














After you place your order, a printable invoice will be sent to the e-mail address
you have on file with us. Once your order is shipped you will receive a second
notice confirming the shipment that will include your FedEx tracking number. To
track the progress of your package please visit FedEx.com and enter the tracking
number you've been provided. Please be sure to keep the contact information for
your Meatman account up-to-date in case we need to get in touch with you
regarding your order status or details.
